Modular Pay-Off Systems

Designed to unwind wire and cable from a static spool or reel using a flyer arm pay-off system or reel with ease and simplicity. This modular system can be assembled and stacked in order to configure exactly the desired footprint and number of payoffs needed.

MFD - 630/1000: Modular Flyer Pay-off System

	Modular design allows for small footprint and customized layout
	Ideal for pay-off in front of bunchers and cablers with up to 37 wires
	Pivoting dual reel arbor, allows preloading of full reel
	With external, pneumatic tension regulation or simple manual tensioning
	Ceramic inserts in light weight guiding pulleys
	Easily customized for various applications
	Saves space, and increases production efficiency
