Semi-Automatic Bridge Crimping Machine

The STK 2700 is the 3rd generation of bridge crimping machines manufactured by Curti. This machine is able to crimp pre-assembled plug inserts onto the ends of insulated conductors.

Once the operator has loaded the unjacketed  cable section onto the machine's clamp, it will cycle through the following process:

The electro-mechanical crimping press may be outfitted with an optional crimp force monitor

The unit may also be outfitted to attach single terminals as well as pre-assembled plugs (bridges)
