Reels and wire packages need equipment to be handled properly within the factory. In order to ensure that the reels
and wire are not damaged due to improper reel handling methods, Boxy Reels designed a comprehensive line of reel handling
equipment in order to ensure safe handling of many types of reels and applications.
Manual Reel Tilters
- Sturdy steel construction with expandable arbor locking mechanism
- Tilting capability up to 800 mm (32") reels
- Customized arbor locking from 1.5" up
- Unit is operated with overhead crane or forklift
- Safe tilting of reel from horizontal to vertical axis

- Automatic locking system with crane operation
- Lifter locks onto inner walls of strapped coil
- Locking/unlocking onto coil is automatic without operator intervention
