Rotating Die Holders

For improved wire drawing efficiency we have a wide product range of rotating die units. This particular equipment uses a system whereby the actual die rotates around the wire while it is being drawn down to size. The die itself is continuously being cooled directly through a brass holder which holds the die and allows fresh water to cool the outside of the die. Lubrication boxes are also provided to hold the dry or liquid lubricants.

The Advantages over Stationary Die Units are:

Direct or Indirect Die Cooling

	Direct cooling for special applications where die is cooled around outside of casing
	Our indirect cooling system uses a special system to increase cooling efficiency
	No maintenance issues or replacing of gaskets with indirect cooling system
	Operator friendly design

Liquid Lubricant Re-Circulation

	A 2 chamber lubrication box with guide dies
	Ports for inlet and outlet of liquid lubricant
	Indirect cooling of die to avoid lubricant contamination
	Available with 2 drawing position chamber in order to draw twice in same box
