Slip-Rings, Brushes & Brush-Holders

In order to satisfy the needs of cable manufacturers, we have a detailed array of OEM slip-rings, brushes, and brush-holders. These items are manufactured to the highest quality in order to satisfy the requirements of the high speed rotating equipment.

Slip Rings: Bunchers, Stranders, Cablers

Manufactured from OEM specifications and standards to assure uncompromised operation and reliability.

We GUARANTEE conformity to OEM specification on many European machinery makes.

The use of slip-rings is required for the transmission of power and signals from the stationary part of the machinery to  the rotating part of the machine. At high rotational speeds the concentricity of the transmission rings is extremely critical, and thus extra care is taken to offer a high quality component in this respect

Great care is taken is assembling the individual components in such a manner to guarantee a durable construction. Poor construction and assembly can yield to de-lamination of the individual components, or may create inconsistent data transmission.

 Brushes & Brush-Holders:

The larges wear parts on slip ring assemblies are the brushes which run along the surface of the bronze transmission rings.

The brushes are manufactured using a custom carbon blend, with insulated copper transmission cable ready for quick connection.

 Brushes are held in place by the brush holders which come in various configurations and angles, in relation to the application.

 The main assembly is constructed using sturdy brass material (galvanized option) and the current transmission is executed using highly flexible copper cables.
